The Senior HR Officer will also help out with executing the following functional areas: HR Audit growth, employee relations, training and advancement, benefits, compensation, organizational development, project evaluation/analysis, and additional job related purposes.
The Senior HR Officer help to direct the Human Resources practices and objectives that will offer an employee-oriented, higher performance culture which emphasizes empowerment, productivity, standards and productivity, goal attainment, and also the recruitment and continuing development of an exceptional workforce.
