General Job description
· Support General Manager by providing Executive administrative and secretarial assistance
· Manage requests and prepare correspondence
· Handle visitors, schedule conference calls, face-to-face, committee and board meetings
· Manage executives timetable
· Create and edit quantitative data and visuals as well as reports, memos and letters
· Liaise with senior level management
· Maintain high level of discretion and ensure confidentiality of internal/external correspondences
· Handle logistics of complex travel and accommodation
· Write Expense Reports
· Read and file inbound communications and establish their significance.
· Monitor charitable donations and activities
· Distribute all incoming correspondence.
· Respond to routine request-based inquiries.
· Order office supplies.
· Prepare weekly executive meetings minutes.
· Set up on-site customer luncheons.
