Delivering training modules to up to 25 people. Test employees for readiness, learn new products and services and develop creative teaching techniques. Interact with clients providing them with training progress and ongoing business needs.
· Evaluate training needs; develop and deliver training materials (sales and customer service techniques)
· Assist with development of training plans and curriculum
· Report to Clients on training environment
· Conduct training classes dealing with gatekeepers; create a warm and positive experience for all customers.
· Manage team of new Trainers and Training Facilitators
· QA monitoring, feedback, coaching.
· Reporting on effectiveness, progress, improvements.
· BS/BA in Education or Business Administration. Must have a knowledge and experience of adult learning principles, coaching and mentoring
· 3+ years contact center experience
· Excellent knowledge of existing and emerging training methods/tools
· Excellent knowledge of call center systems
· Presentation, verbal and written communication skills
